At ColorsLeaf, we are committed to delivering your favorite 100% natural food color powders safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we’ll contact you via phone or email with alternate options.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days (depending on courier availability)

4. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹58 per order across India. Shipping is free for certain promotional offers and combo packs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp with the tracking ID and link. You can also check your order status under “My Account” on our website.

6. Delivery Delays

While we try our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier service issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
